question about crits

What does 'crit strike rating' do? Does it differ from crit strike chance? And the percentage numbers beside the crit strike, is that the chance to crit?

Crit strike rating affect the crit chance% value, the higher it is = higher crit chance%
and yes, the % indicate ur chances to crit

if the rogue with 4000crit had the same items, soul and guild skill as the rogue with 1024 crit, then his crit would be much higher than 67%. it would probably be closer to 100%

There are a few rougues on our server who have achieved 104% crit chance.
