transfering a pet from one character to another on the same server

one of my characters has both a super demon and a Bone dragon .both are really good Pets.Can i set up another account.on the same server get the character to level 30 so he can trade. Log in give one of the pets to him and then log. in with another and retrieve it I know this can be done But is this acceptable or would i be banned

only pet that u catch can be trade pet from egg u hatch cannot be trade
