my place is GMT+8 and n i play at the server which all the seng pvp delivery and seignor all is between 1am- 7am my time..which is the time i need to sleep..is there a server which server is most probably wont be like that? i really want to participate all kind of event.

Seng, delivery, etc are all set in stone based on server time- you get two options, EST/EDT or PST/PDT
