Help! I purchased Crystals but haven't received it yet?

Please help! I purchased Crystals through MOL Points and it's been an hour. Does it usually take long for the Crystals to be charged to my account? Or is there something wrong?

If it's your first time, yeh.
Took about 15-20 min when I used a UGC card once which was odd since the rest of the times went instantly to playspan points, but that one took a while.

I wouldn't worry too much about it for a while, Idk the designated "waiting time" before filing a ticket after crystal charge/not received etc.,
but if you really do feel something went wrong go ahead and file one.
