i dont think it stacks... because everytime i buy vip when im still vip i get the xtals right away , i dont know though -
VIP rools on monthly so each month they will take money and give you VIP unless you go too your account and cancel it.(s3)resarntu i think most of you know me already. =DComment

I've bought VIP multiple times from a UGC and I got the xtals for each month when I bought it but the actual VIP did stack. Like I had enough for 3 VIP's so i had 3 months total. Hope that helps. ^^Server: (S60)Exigent Bluff
