Log in failed!!!!!

Why cant i log in? Whenever i try to log in a message box appears- "Log in failed! Failed to connect to server." I play in Hellstorm server. And sometimes the game just disconnects. I checked my connection and cleared cookies and caches several time. Nothing is working. Anyone else having the same issue?
I got disconnected from the server when doing dungeon and blessed bath.. Can anyone explain and help me what to do? Plz need help...

Don't worry you're not the only one, everyone in CS has the same problem.

maybe it's ou internet or computer, they may block acsess or its the server

It's usually because of bad internet connection.

Recently, there's been some ridiculous delays in just logging onto a character and it is definitely NOT an internet problem as the spike only happens when trying to load characters.
