Haven't gotten Crystals

Last night on server Purgatory I purchased two 9.99 packages and as of 13:30 server time I still haven't gotten either. I purchased another 19.99 package and it still isn't working, I have also filed tickets last night and I have not gotten a response. Any help?

Alot of the offers sadly do not work or takes too long to get little rewards.

Crystal supposed to be delivered instantly and automatically. Telling players to waiting and when they are mad and mods say they are impatience is nonsense
