A problem loading

Im on the new server purgatory. And every time I go back into starglade it freezes on the load screen and doesnt do anything. Anyone else facing this problem and if so whats the cure???

I believe his char got stuck loading SG and he can't even play. So it's impossible to even switch instances.

my char cant open how stupid isnt it coz i spend a money for nothing coz i cant log in..i waste my time and money for that verry disapointing....
