I deleted an old character and started a new one.
I went through the hooplah of the first few quests and for some reason on the fourth quest with Mayor Ayarel where he teaches you how to upgrade your skills, it won't let me complete the quest.
After re-deleting and restarting the character and clicking the 'Complete quest...' option, assigning two skill points instead of one, even abandoning and re-accepting the quest, nothing worked.
I slammed my fist in frustration, tried again in a few hours, and still, nothing.
Can anybody help me out?
