-1 skill point

So first off I normally have 1 extra skill point that I'm saving, I log into my character and it is -1 skill point now, what is that? Could I still use it?

It just means you clicked too fast on a skill, it happened to me too, but the skill point was used as usual.
It goes to 0 once you level to a level that will result in 1 skill point.
