You can get it in Revenant's Vault (Hard, I think; maybe Normal too, don't remember) or buy from other players in Starglade.

Revenants Vault Normal And hard mode.

Epic ethereal shards are in nightmare mode revenents vault.

Also, Dreamwalker shards are from indigo blight.
