Character Reset?

  • Character Reset?

    I haven't played Crystal Saga in a while now, but when I logged into the server, both of my characters weren't there. I'm not sure if I removed them or if there was a character reset.

      It might be because of inactivity, try sending in a ticket.

          It could also be the wrong account possibly on a alternate account.

            were they low levels?... auto-deletion doesn't work anymore anyway :/

              I only had 2 characters and I believe that they were both levels 20-22. It's been so long that I've forgotten which server I was on; but the "Last played on" shows Celestial Peaks. So I presume I was on that one. I'm going to send a ticket just in case.

              Update: I realized that I posted this on the wrong account... :/ I have two e-mails on here (accidently made two unknowingly that you could make two characters on one e-mail) and I posted this topic on the wrong account. But I'm still going to send in a ticket on the correct account that's missing characters.
