why my crystals didnt appear in my inventory...

How long have you been waiting for? Normally for your first purchase, you will have to wait 12 hours. If this is not your first time purchasing and it has been longer than 1-2 hours, then you may file a ticket HERE in order to resolve the issue.

this is my first time to purchase crystals..i have 1hr waiting here..

That's the reason why you haven't received your crystals, yet. For first time purchasers, you will have to wait up to 12 hours in order for R2 Games to verify your account in order to ensure it is not fraud. Once that 12 hour duration is up, you will receive your crystals within 5 minutes tops, assuming nothing is going wrong with your account.

ah ok sir..tnx for advice..if i dosnt receive the crystal after 12hrs..what should i do?

If you do not receive the Crystals by the time the 12 hour duration is up, usually you will have to be online to receive it and if you log on then, wait 5 minutes, then file a ticket HERE and provide to me a ticket number if you do not receive a response within 1-2 hours.
