Loading damm long

why do this always happens? like, when i log in and the kbs keeps getting form like 200 to 15 and the loading stays at 85% and then it goes up at 11kps and the map will be load in like 2-5 mins.
Well i went into ladder while ago and the loading is like 1min + and same thing like when i login but a bit faster. And as for other maps like Cragstone/Tree of life/Heavenly isle + more maps.
anyway to get rid of this? kinda annoying sometimes.
Im using Incognito version of chrome btw

the same happed to me when loading... i thought is was my net, but if it happen to you as well, may be there is a problem in the server
