im a assistant guildmaster and we have 300/300 progress but the guild not level .. pls help

Open up your Guild Interface by pressing "G".
Then locate at the bottom of the interface a button that should say "Upgrade". Press that to Level up your Guild to the next level.
Also on another note, Guild Progress isn't all that you need to Level up a Guild.
A certain amount of Guild Reserves are required for levelling and for higher levelled Guilds need Guild Stones.Helpful Links

Yes you should be able to Level up the Guild yourself.
I have the Assistant Guild Master title myself and when I click the Upgrade button it allows me to upgrade my Guild.Helpful Links
