Sorry but they wont be able to return your quest to you if you abandoned it. There is not even a way possible to do this.

You can have it back if you are lucky enough to accept it again showing up the FA quest. But there are chances you might get others like SC. BV, Ladder or other bosses rebirth quest. Good luck!

I just got the fallen angel quest 5 times in a row... Kind of unlucky.

I never did get any FA , all i got is worthless ladder quests that i should beg to get powerful party to do it

To get FA Quest? Be lucky, I guess is all I can say?
Sperion Quest? Next to the teleporter in Starglade, once you rebirth, you should be able to take up the quest from an NPC slightly south and only a tad bit west of the Teleporter NPC.
If you have a husband/wife that is still high level, they can enter Heavenly Isle in order for you to finish the quest at a low level by teleporting to them and having them kill.
