Also British ppl don't always talk in slang they talk in a mixture (well most of em do) and I know this coz i am British and have lived in Britain my whole life (except in the holidays lol) and am living there atm.

R2 cant access IP but can see your IP and log them.
They allow other language chat because if the chat only allowing english language to talk with, they will lose those player who came from other part of the world that might spend their money in the game
