If i upgrade Frag weapon from VII -> Sup I will the gems and sockets stay?

No the sockets might but gems will be removed (deleted) so use gem removers to remove them and then just upgrade and re socket themLearn the search function and use the search function help r2 by reducing the threads which might have already been posted

Just a quick note- if the sockets are still there after upgrading, then the gems will also still be there.
