The amount of materials needed to forge the Fragarach Shards have been greatly reduced.
It's actually possible for non-cashers to make the weapon themselves instead of cashers only like it was in the beginning.

i dont recall that you can cash for FS or to up your FRAG,,, i made my perfX all from gem drops in dungeons. no cash at all =)

What I was saying that the materials were so copious, that only cashers could pretty much get them at a quick process while others would have to work twice as hard as it is now.
