Are you saying there is an error when attempting to play the game via Facebook or you don't have a character that was there or what?

I'm getting the same message, and it's not via Facebook, it's the facebook link from the r2 page that gives the error

@INSANITY- that link you provided is useless since we were using openid method long before it was posted. the first this method from brotherVTwont work becoz we are UNABLE to log in our account. thus we cant access forums thread unless we use a different account. the second this method i dont understand so im guessing my account is not link to any other he said.

skullmonkey, R2 is currently investigating the issue and attempting to fix this issue as soon as possible.
As of now, we, the Mods, are attempting to help people with different methods that some players discovered that worked for them.
So if they didn't work, I apologize, I'm just passing along information that is a possibility of working.

If you're still having an issue after trying the other methods, please file a ticket at http://tickets.r2games.com for your account to be unbound so you can log in through the home page. Please create a character on a server you do not normally play if you cannot find a character in the ticket's dropdown menu.

You will need to include the following information:
Server
Character name
Account name
Email address bound to the R2 account
The date and IP you played our games for the first time
The date and IP of your latest login
A screen shot of the latest receipt or order number

okey my FB account is in. what you guys should do is to open the e-mail that you are using as your FB account. then go to cs.r2games.com and click forgot password. (IMPORTANT: DO NOT CREATE A NEW CHARACTER) in the reset password box, type the e-mail you are using in your FB account. then wait for r2 to send you a link in your e-mail on how to reset and gte your own password outside of FB. Voila! you can play again!
