Luck mean that you have better chance scoring Lucky shot its 2x or 3x bigger damage than normal, dont remember now.

no, luck on stats have nothing to do with any upgrade system, i know people always said that synthesize/enchance/forging your equipment is "depends on your luck"

Here the diff:
Luck (in your status page): the bigger luck you have the bigger you chance you can unleash a lucky strike


Luck (in forging/synsthesize/enchance): the meaning of luck when you F/S/E is depends on your luck in "REAL LIFE", luck on the status page has nothing to do with it

no luck is your chance at doin an attack at max damage... say u do between 1000-1500 dmg when u hit mobs, a lucky shot will hit for 1500 then

Lucky Strike is an attack when you do a maximum of damage
