Fallen Angel

I've been waiting for World Boss Fallen Angel to spawn for so long untill it was 19:00, the 2nd time it should spawn. I've been waiting for it since 13:59, so couldn't have been killed before. A lot more people need to do this quest if do spawning once a day, makes it hard to actually complete this Rebirth Quest

they spawn level based from the world boss time. lowest to highest, which is why takes so long to appear after it says event is open

I cannot confirm this because I have seen FA spawning before IQ, Amarog etc.

Remove the Boss drops (To prevent abuse) and make them spawn every half hour like the Zodiac Bosses so that all Scion and Eidolon get a chance to complete their Rebirth quests.

The bosses spawn between 14:00 and 15:30 (first spawn) and between 19:00 and 20:30 (second spawn). They do not spawned at any other time and it is random, there is no order. If a boss spawns but is not killed before reset (for whatever reason), but is killed after, it still counts as a first spawn kill and the boss will not spawn during first spawn.

ya sorry to say shadow but they do not spawn in any order or at any regular interval. one day amarog will spawn at 1401 and the next day i have to wait until 1520 for it. sometimes fa spawns first. its completely random lol

there are also other quest u can do besides killing fallen angel... me im doing the 300 vulture blood

still, it's a good idea. removing the drops for each boss and making it spawn every 30 minutes/1 hour will really help. everyone will be scion and eidolon sooner or later. bosses will be crowded and only limited people can actually finish the quest (10 per day for each boss for both spawns)
