Is this eror in delivery event or what?

Night GM i'd like to ask about the delivery event, recently i was doing delivery when on the way to the next point i seeing some plunders killed people who doing delivery in front of me, then i quickly change instances to L2 and when i want to click the destination point on the quest some error appear

my delivery point that should be pointing to 3rd point change into

crystaloid lvl 1
crystaloid lvl 2
crystaloid lvl 3 and so on..

i wondering i didnt die my crystaloid still on my bad but why this is happening? this already happening about 7th time to me, can u explain why this such thing happen or how to prevent this eror?

iss happening when you in party with more than one delliverer, when one deliverer got killed, you would fail your eventho you hadnt been killed

actually im not in party i was delivering on my own without escort too, thats why im wondering why this such thing happen and i want to ask all of u if u ever such this thing happened
