GM help i cant do in delivery quest or IoB

what lvl are you? because you need to be atleast lvl 20 to do delivery and you need to be lvl 40 (i think) to do IOB

NVM i was noob i forget it starts at 13:00 and i tried to enter at 13:45 and im lvl46 and i tried to enter IoB at 12:08 and i cant

IOB starts at 12:00 server time and the entrance closes after 5 mins so you cant enter after 12:05 server time

it doesn't close after 5 mins it closes about 10 mins after it opens
