If it's your first time purchasing them then it will take 24-48 hours THE maximum, 12 hours is how much it is supposed to be.
If it doesn't come by then, you have to file a ticket.

First purchases only require a 12 hour wait, not 24-48
If you are still waiting after 12 hours, then that's when you can file a ticket regarding your problem.
Remember though that you need to be online when receiving the Crystals.
