Buy them from the fate shop or get leveler packs

You can also buy them in ladder from Dexter and he only appears on certain floors though and only the person who has done the most damage the party can see him and he also sells 3x Exp Token, Dragon Sword and such which you buy with gold.
(Not sure if this is 100% correct information)

its not based on who does most damage the npc appears randomly for each player

You can get some if your lucky with the Vidalia pack.

Although it's true that doing a larget amount of damage isn't a guarantee of seeing Dexter, people who do a lot of damage DO have a greater % of being chosen - at least from my experience. So doing a lot of damage certainly seems to be a considerable factor in being chosen to see Dexter.

I see..its working.. It makes Potion drop more than ever..and decrease my HW dropping.. I have plenty of it..If u want to buy, PM me
