can i ask if the debuff in the paralyze of thunderstorm increases when it is maxed out? like slow debuff is it 70% movement decrease when the skill is maxed out??? ty

It is a mage skill on the 2nd branch of the fire tab......the 3rd skill. It slows and reduces hit rate of a targets in a area. This "paralyze" effect reduces each few seconds from 70% slow ---> 60% slow--->50% slow and so on.

And the paralyze effect stays at 10 secs no matter what level the skill is at? Just the attack quotient increases, correct?

From what I've read after searching through the forums, the paralyze effect stays at 10% even at lvl 5. With shinigami_kun's reply, that means yes, the slowing reduces itself over the course of 10 seconds.

So, to answer your original question- no, paralyze doesn't increase when the skill is maxed, paralyze always starts at 70% and works it's way down.

That's my take on it.

He was talking about the paralyze effect from the thunderstorm skill. And regardless, his question was about what the skill is like at 5/5, which has nothing to do with the blizzard skill anyway.
