Getting kick out of Iob when experiencing lag

Not a great idea... Just means you can have more alt chars in there since you won't have to worry about your flash crashing...

Problem is most of you use too many alts that's why you get dc'ed, stop being greedy and ask yourselves first why you got disconnected in IOB. I'm running with a fairly descent PC and I don't get dc that often cause I don't use too many alts.

I use a main and 4 alts, any more and I disconnect. I enter my healer 1st and use it to buff right at the NPC. This disconnects several people every time, lmao, but that helps reduce the lag for the rest of use, lol. Be greedy, greed is what gets you ahead in this game. If you want Divine wings you're going to have to stuff as many alts in IoB as you can, but get them away from the NPC or I'll buff & boot you, lmao. If you really think about it this event is really lame. It's not real PvP. You can't use battle pots and you don't heal after you die. The majority of the games events begin after the first delivery quest because that's when people start getting home in the time zone of the server. IoB is an hour before that, so who is this event for anyway? I cant wait until I don't need ewings anymore so I can just skip IoB, even though making people disconnect is sooooo much fun, lmao.

thats absolute ** I only use 4 chars at one time and I have dced in iob and other places too

I dont do IOB for the following reasons:
1 - the event time is inconvenient (Its lunch time.)
2 - On weekends, when I am actually at home at lunch time, the lag gets so bad, my toons can barely move.
3 - For all the haters, before yall rant about alts -- I only use 1 toon. (Even though many others use multiple toons)
4 - My problem is that I use WiFi. So whenever the server gets a bit laggy, My Games DC's.


PS! Reference to toons on point 3 == Main Avatar + Pet + Beast + Fairy = 4 toons

Also for whatever reason, limiting visible chars to 5 in config tab, and hiding other characters/ effects don't help if R2 does not update the filters to cater for al the new pets, faities and beasts in the gamee
