Okay, let's say you bought a $20 Ultimate Game Card. You used the UGC to pay for VIP at 7.99. There's now $12.01 left, but you can only use a UGC pin number once. The leftovers have to go somewhere.

That's where UltimatePoints comes in. The left over money on a card is converted into points equal to the amount of money you had left. In the scenario above, you'd have 1201 UltimatePoints.

To use the UltimatePoints, you will need to Login on the checkout screen, using the Login link at the top (next to where the country is listed). Proceed to checkout and it will ask you if you want to apply the points to your current purchase. The points can be redeemed anywhere UGC is accepted, on any site.

Finally.thanks for the help but i am having a problem in resetting my password. Let's say Affected players should reset their UltimatePay password.
Please follow the steps mentioned below to reset the password:
- step 1 Please visit the link https://www.ultimatepay.com/app/order/login/forgot/
-step 2 Enter your UltimatePay email address and the re-captcha, click “Continue”
- step 3 You will now receive an email with the Subject line “UltimatePay Password Reset” at your email address
- step 4 Click the link and enter the password of your choice, enter the re-captcha and click “Continue”
- step 5 You should get a message “Your password has been reset”
Then, attempt to redeem the UltimatePay points again.

BUT, after doing step 4 i was redirected to REGISTER YOUR ACCOUNT. HUHU :"(
