i can't see other people and my friends. whats wrong?

i can't see anyone. i wanted to look at some shop but when i get to town i can't see anyone. whats wrong with my character

Is this going to be a /facepalm moment when you realise you have selected - Show/Hide Characters under the mini-map

it's not working.... i still can't see them and can't find any shop in town either

maybe ur on other Line

yeah.. look in the left side of ur mini-map and u will see the L in it... there is L1-L5 sometimes there is also L1-L3.. but please go to L1 cause many players open shops at L1
