I can't find my character

I haven't played in maybe a year. It's been awhile, I can't find my character and I really wanna play again. Please help me!!

Make sure you are checking the right server and on your screen next to the play now button, there is a section where it says "Last Played On" and below that it gives you a server, check to see if your characters on there. If not then it might be deleted if the character is level 20 or lower.

Your first step would be to figure out which account you were originally logged in with. Unless you've never logged into the forums before, the account you are posting with isn't the one your character is on.

From there, we can help you locate your character, if it still exists.

You do not have the same problem and you were not hacked. I have replied to your pm.

I've looked on all servers. It's been a year since I played maybe over alittle. It didn't say what I last played on.

I put some money into my character if they deleted it, then they are wrong for doing so. They should be a better gaming company and better people. To let someone waste there money and time.

make sure your logging into the right account, only reason a character is deleted is because they are under level 20 without 1 crystal on acc.
if need help a ticket would work, but you will need to provide them info about youyrself
