What lvl are monsters in the Catacombs?

they seem to be all level 100, but as a level 20 with barely any equipment &the new mount I could slowly kill something in level 2 without dying, level 3 had 5-6 hit me. so the mobs are relatively easy

you can get x2 exp card afk card green dragon coin and moderate crystal

btw the mobs in catacombs dnt attack and ya they are really easy to kill
