Crit makes dodge worthless
You dont need Hit rate if you can crit often

crit is useless if u cant hit at all. no matter how often u hit crits if u cant hit something u dont do any damage

In all my gaming experience I never seen a critical attack miss... and never know if it does so
The only exception is immunity.... ranger shields etc...
