Crystal Purchase for others characters

I remember a long time ago there was a way for people to buy crystals for other accounts, not just their own. I have a UGC with $10 left on it, which I would like to use for my sister's account, but since I have already purchased crystal with it for my own account, the UGC is linked to my account and cannot be used for hers. If anyone has any advice, I would appreciate it greatly. Thanks.

You can allows just gift her the items she wants. unless she wants stuff like fruits.

if you already use once your UGC $10 and the left of the money goes to your UGC and you receive points
