0% Loading

Every time I enter Eternal Sanctum, I stock at 0% loading. I also done reloading the page many times, but still nothing happens. I can't complete my Sperior Quest because of that. And now, I don't know how can I get out of this thing.

I tried clearing all my browsing data. But it get worse. I am back at infinity% loading and need to load all map again.

The infinity% is an improvement and that was the goal of doing so.
What you did was clear the browsers built up cookies that was accumulated from Crystal Saga and whatever other sites you had. Reloading everything should get you in game again.
That infinity% shouldn't take too long, assuming your internet connectivity isn't slow.
