When the boss name stops being green. Until then, you still have a chance - no matter how low.

Question about indigo blight answer

when [Devourzak]'s name is a grey-ish black color then you cant get [Purified Crystal]'s anymore

u can get puri only when the dungeons lvl are lower or at the same lvl as ur character level or higher like 5 lvl, when the name is greyish black it usually means u're way high leveled for indigo try revenant vault
