Move character to other Email ID

hey Mods and admins.
I want to move one character to other email id...
if i have to file a ticket let me know.. or you can help

i know its not possible or dont have provision.
but would like to know more info about R2 .

Normally for requests such as this, you will have to file a ticket by CLICKING HERE and R2 will request information in order to prove you are the original owner of both the accounts.
