is there a way to know if there are existing tickets against me?? here's the situation someone spread a false news about my char. saying that I am a scammer while I was afk and unfortunately few bit it(based on my friends text message[not sure if he's trolling or what] I just want to make sure) Thanks hoping for your help

There is no way for players to be aware of what tickets are filed about them.
In any case, if something were to happen you, for example, being banned, then you may file a ticket inquiring about why you were banned and possibly attempting to clearing yourself up.
