Urgent cannot create new char

I have my main as a level 45 account. Recently, I tried to create a new account of a priest which would help alot to me. For some reason after i created it, it loaded and then it says '' Failed to enter world, Re-login'' . This also occurs for my others characters created at my Belas Chasm Server and does not affect my main also at the server. The other 2 char slots cannot enter into the crystal saga world. Why is this so? I even tried delete the level 1 account and creating a new one and it still cannot be done.

If it is a bug kindly GMs fix this bug as I need a priest to help me main too.

Two separate accounts as in users correct?

If you have multiple characters on one account you will only be able to log in one at a time.
