Does the luck we get from HoE / ceratin armor / soul help in getting us more lucky stars or helps to get faster upgrades while upgrading things like wings or mounts?

No, the lucky star system is completely different from the Luck stat boost. The way that I understand it is that the luck stat helps with drops, better mobs, etc;Server: (S39) Erie Marsh

Luck stats does not have to do with drops and lucky stars. The Luck Stat allows you to get Lucky Strikes more often the higher it is.Crystal Saga
