basically you go back as if to recharge again and select ultimate game card as your payment method. then log in (at the top of the payment window) with the username and password to access your leftover points. It will then ask you if you would like to apply your ultimate points to the purchase... select yes. I hope this help. This all however assumes you have enough leftover points to at least make the minimum purchase of $5. -
