so i just got the bone dragon, my questions are:
1. when i morph it, does the maturity and aptitude stay the same?
2.what does aptitude do?
3. what should i put the skill point on, str or end?

1.) It will changed randomly after morphing.
2.) Aptitude increase the amount of defence, Agility, Strength and Intellectual of your pet. The longer the Aptitude, the stronger it is.
3.) Endurance for pet like Bone dragon since it is a defensive pet.

I would do both Strength and Endurance so you can both let your pet take and deal damage.

maybe knight type is better i mean 2 in str and 2 in end lewls

so it doesnt matter when i change aptitude, but it does matter for maturity?
