You can buy a shield(offhand equipment for a Knight) from the Weapon NPC's but why can't you buy offhand equipment for the other classes from the Weapon NPC's.... In my opinion, I think it's easier to find a shield when grinding than a Quiver, for example. So why not let the other classes offhand equipment by be in the Weapon NPC's store?

change your tab to "mage", "ranger", "rogue", "priest" in weapons vendor
