Mages meteor broken?

ever since the maintenence is any other mages having trouble pvping? Half the time i use meteor people dont get stunned, but it still hits cause i see the damage. If its a bug i hope it gets fixed soon... Or else mages pretty much lost one of their best skills for pvp

umm no mate it is proper i got killed my mages today and all their skills work....stun too -_-

I have just tested this with ShadowGammaDraco and after 10 consecutive tries, what you said did not occur for us.
I got stunned every single time without a problem.

maybe its some sort of lag.. because if im lagging my stuns doesn't work on the mobs or the players i kill
