How Come In The Event thingy Its Says That Clowns Will Appear At 22:00 But There Weren't Clowns

On my server they usually pop up on L2.

Clown bosses will spawn every 4 hours. It appears the description in-game does not provide the accurate information as there is no clown boss that will spawn in Starglade at this particular time.
