first of all, calm down. the gm's arent here 24/7 you know. if you are a first time buyer, it can take up to 12 hours to get your crystals delievered.. if not by then, open a support ticket. try unliking it and liking it again. and if you want to earn free crystals, try the offers page. although alot of them dont even redeem..
