hi there ! is anyone knew how to use remaining points in ugc ? i have lots of points in there but i dont know how to use it to buy crystals . can u please teach me step by step to use my buy crystal using ugc points . thanks !

To redeem your points, checkout like normal, selecting the amount of crystals you want to buy. When you get to the payment screen, look at the top of the popup window for the Login link.


On the next window, log in with your UltimatePay/Ultimate Game Card account info. If you have had your account for a while, you will need to change the password (it will tell you that you need to do this), so follow the change password link to their site.

Please note the password creation instructions at the top of the page- it forces you to use a Capital letter, a lower case letter, a number, and a special character- !@#$%^&*(). Your password is successfully changed when you get the "We could not successfully log your account" or some such error. Ignore that and close the page. Go back to the payment screen, enter in your new password and it will let you redeem your points from there.

The next time you need to redeem points, you'll only need to login through the Login link on the payment panel, without the password change hassle.

i cant log in my ugc account . and when i reset its password it says that "we were unable you to log in" and want me to register . what will i do with it ? i have lots of points that i can redeem using ugc . please help and fix this from ur sponsor . thanks !

Sorry that doesn't work. When you get directed to UGC to change password, the confirm button will not work. Therefore you cannot change password. Same thing for registering with UGC. If you click continue nothing happens there. It is a dead page. So I went directly to UGC and changed password. Didnt do a damned thing and I successfully changed password. Went back to recharge and guess what, please reset password. Sent ticket to UGC and Wartune and still waiting on reply from both. I guess I am out of a rather large chuck of money.
