You will have to file a ticket HERE inquiring about the issue.
If you can't file a ticket because you don't have a character, then I highly suggest you create a character in a random server in order to be able to fulfill the requirements of filing a ticket.

If you bounded the account with the E-Mail activation, then you need to log in with your E-Mail instead of your username now.

You can type your email on the log-in then click forgot password , click confirm so that a password reset will be mail to your Email. Go to your Email then change your pass that's it. O.o
