try clearing browser cache and the works yet? might be something so simple as system needing a defragmentation

well first off to tell you that i need to know what browser you are using.... or the easy route....
if youre using windows
Start>All Programs>Accessories>System Tools>Disk Cleanup(or windows key+R and type in cleanmgr.exe) and let it run its cycles

im using chrome sir.. i think ive solved this cache cleaning thing.. thanks for the help.. i hope it wil fix my problem.. thank you!

problem isnt solved yet.. grrr.. i've finished the 1st loading then it stops in 100%.. and Kb/s going down slowly.. stil cant enter game..

are you sure it was kbps? and not mbps? because f it was that low you are having internet issues and should call your service provider as soon as possible

i just reformated my computer.. and it's stil the same.. i dont think its my ISP.. cuz its mbps., noy kbps.. sorry for that. i think sumthings wrong with SG. i've created new character and made it reach lvl 11 to enter SG but stil the map loading stucks..

the fact you went so far as reformatting your computer tells me its not your computer and 1mbps is still slow.... my bare minimum is 5mbps and that is considered slow lol but i would call and ask anyways since everyone else is connecting to CS just fine right now....
