Logging in Failure

I know many threads have been posted and so have many guides about it....But Atm None of those are working for me. I just cleared my caches and history. Then when I tried to log in Cs On my Current browser Chrome Gets stuck on infinity waited for a couple of hours reloaded when didnt worked restarted the machine but no use....WHereas on my other browser Monzilla firefox gets stuck on character loading 0% Waited for many hours but no progress...And My Net Might not be the best but it aint a bad one. ANy suggestions anyone?

slow internet connection, or maybe the anti virus is disable, i got the same problem before, if theres a problem like that, i turn off/on the anti virus

I got suggestion for mozilla firefoxe/aurora try reloading but only click your character once and click enter game
